You can fish where you landed, but the offical fishing area is up a level, take the elevator one floor up. It's quite beautiful and worth seeing.

The landmark in #037's prize actually lands you higher up in the air (about 277 meters up). There isn't any fishing by that GFH sign. You need to teleport to the fishing area.
Teleport pad will be in front of the GFH sign. Right-click-touch the pad, select 7seas, then click the teleport beam that appears. It will take you to the fishing area, which is the link written here.
